Advantages over analogues: High heat conductivity, wear resistance and microhardness of the coatings, possibility of obtaining the required gradient of streess-strain properties in the substrate - coating system, possibility to apply coatings on various structural materials.

Description of the development:

The multilayer durable coatings are obtained on base of titanium and its compounds (titanium/nickel, titanium carbide, titanium carbonitride, titanium nitride). The coatings are applied at tempering temperature of the substrate with each layer's properties modified.
