ELECTROLYTES FOR LITHIUM-ION ACCUMULATOR
Purpose of the development:
Production on the base of developed electrolytes of disk-shaped and cylindrical elements of power supply with different cathode and anodic materials with polymeric coupling agents.
Recommended application field:
Новые и возобновляемые источники энергии.
Technical characteristic:
Expected circularity 800-1000 cycles in the following temperature range of -20c to +50C with currents ranging from 0.5 milliamperes up to 2 milliamperes
Advantages over analogues:
Perfection of circulation, expansion of work range, reduction of price.
The development stage readiness:
tested in laboratory condition
Description of the development:
() The work is assigned for receiving of electrolytes on the base of fluorinephosphate of lithium (with additions of 1-2 salts from the series of BETI,LPS et al.)) and three solvents (from the series of MPC,MA,EA,EC,EMC,PA,EP et al.)) with a low freezing point. In triple systems we can observe the development of dipole-dipole interaction and mutual destruction of solvent structures and also specific ion-dipole interaction along with formation of stable tetrahedral solvates and exclusion fluorine-complex anion into environment. In mixtures of solvents we can observe synergetic effects. Selection of salts allows to control nature of solid electrolyte layers created on carbonic electrolytes. With the received electrolytes disk-shaped and cylindrical elements with different cathode and anode materials and polymer coupling agents. The elements are optimized according to circularity in temperature rage of -20C to +50 C with currents ranging from 0.5 milliamperes up to 2 milliamperes .
