The work of cleaning units is based on the effect of the cyclone and fabric self-cleaning filter. With this 95% of dust and small debris are collected in the hopper, and 4% of small debris are kept by the fabric filter. Such a filtering system for industrial cleaning unit is most effective. It allows to remove successfully building waste, abrasion, general industrial dust, fine chip, scale, broken glass, powdered polymer paint, granulated materials, animal hair, sawdust, flour, etc. In addition, the effect of the cyclone prevents mechanical impact of solid, glass, metal debris on the fabric filter and does not damage it. Cleaning machines are available in two versions: portable and build-in. The main advantage of the build-in unit is that all the exhaust air is cleaned outside the room. This allows you to remove almost 100% of debris from the rooms. Room cleaning with the build-in unit is done with a flexible hose with nozzles, which is sufficiently to connect to pneumosocket, connecting the unit to the duct. Units can be equipped with elongated tubes and hoses, which allows to clean in tight places, such as curtain rods, shelving, high ceilings, remote sites, etc. Parameters *) can be changed by the order of the customer.
