TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR CERAMIC-OXIDE COATINGS APPLICATION
Purpose of the development:
High-wear parts of antifriction and friction slidingfriction units of mechanical and hydraulic systems, oil pipeline stop valves, cutters and processing machinery; braking systems of motor vehicles, processing and household machinery.

- monolayer coating, up to 300;

- Friction factor (depending on contact loads and conditions of interaction):
- at dry sliding friction 0,4-1,5;
- at liquid friction 0,004-0,01;
- with solid-lubricating materials and/
or surface modification with
antifrication elements 0,005-0,01.
Advantages over analogues:
As compared with steel components, vibroacustic activity decreases by 6-20 dV; gear weight decreases 1,65 to 4 times; functional surface wear resistance increases 6 to 18 times as compared with those having hardness of 40-50 HRC.

Description of the development:
() Application of ceramic-oxide coatings produced by cathode-anode microarc oxidation (MAO) by transforming the surface layer without changing dimensions of the components from aluminum and titanium based alloys and applying duplex oxide ceramic-chromium carbide coatings.
