Purpose of the development: Production of multicomponent homogeneous liquids in medicine, pharmacology, food, perfume and chemical industry.

Advantages over analogues: In the most of cases the rotary motion is converted by a crankshaft with a crank gear, cam, lever constructions of different kinds. All these systems have one overall deficiency: they are not designed for a change of motion of the forward unit during the mechanisms operation. The proposed construction features absence of a crankshaft and cam with a return spring. There is a possibility of adjustment of motion of the forward unit of the mechanism over wide limits. The desing ensures control of forward motion fmplitude and its directivity at any angle. Work rates can be provided by changing the number of drive revolutions (electromotor, reducer).

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Description of the development:

A rocker mechanism capable of reciprocal motion is placed in the housing. The device is simple, contains the minimum of parts. It can be made in conditions of any work-shop. No scarce materials or units are used. The drive is designed as a frame-work of specific shape with a cut in which a rollers eccentrically placed in the revolving disk with a possibility of its displacements in the grooves along the disk radius, slides. The drive was used to develop multicomponent mixers of an original desing. The devices are designed as in-line constructions consisting of helicoid cylindrical elements placed in one housing, where the mixed components continuously go and then emerge as a mixture of the required consistency.
