Purpose of the development: Revelation of microchanges preceding emergency-state transition of large constructions (high-rise buildings, bridges, weirs, dams, hydroelectric power plants, tunnels, underground crossings), caused by the internal (corrosion, microscopic cracks, displacement of supports or the foundation) and environmental factors (earthquakes, ground water, action of wind).

The system has three vital differences from the existing analogs: - it is intended to use in the system rodust algorithms, that consider interference effect on the characteristics of useful signal; - technology for extractional of useful information directly from analysis of the interferences is used; - the entering signals are processed immediately in 6 blocks of analysis of the measurable data: - traditional spectral analysis; - robust spectral analysis; - traditional correlation analysis; - robust correlation analysis; - position-binary analysis; - analysis of interferences. The results of analysis of different blocks are processed in the decision making block. This hybrid principle of processing signals combines the advantages of all methods and allows to repeatedly increase the authenticity of prognostication results.
