The micro-wears and micro-changes appear on different objects long before the beginning of emergencies. Micro-changes as are superimposed interferences on the signals that come from the sensors of the objects being investigated. Analisis of such interferences allows to forecast appearance of possible emergencies. The emergencies forecasting technology with the help of interferences allows to solve forecasting problems using new algorithms. The major advantage of the technology consists in timely provision of the relevant information while information obtained by traditional technologies is frequently late, and this does not allow to avoid emergencies. The proposed forecastig technology using analysis of interferences does not have analogs.
