TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR OBTAINING OF NON-WOVEN MATERIAL FROM PACKING WASTES (PET)
Purpose of the development:
Production from thermoplastic polymeric materials (polyethylene, plypropylene, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate and others) of non-woven materials shaped as sheets and articles of cylindrical form for fiters for varnish cleaning; filter cartridges for photo-video solutions "deep" cleaning; water-lowering and water-intake bore holes filters; sorbing materials for collection of oil and its refining products from reservoirs and difficultof-access places (cisterns, tanks, etc.); filter cells for cleaning of different gaseous media.

Description of the development:
() There has been developed technology and experimental equipment with productivity of up to 20 kg/h for obtaining of non-woven material from packing wastes (PET). Creation of an experimental device for boosting productivity of the process of obtaining non-woven materials from thermoplastic polymers included modification of the fiders generator. For these purposes a die head, receiving and exhaust devices, a bracket, three heaters, a frame, support were fabricated.
