Purpose of the development: Using of second polyethylene wastes, prevention of pollution of the environment, obtaining quality pipes for sewerage systems.

Technical characteristic: Characteristics: - The line productivity, m/min 0,8-1,2; - Required power, kW...up to 120; - Water consumption, m[3]/h 2.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogues in Belarus. Know-how is available.

The technology and design documentation on a process line for making pipes with diameters of 75 and 90 mm from secondary polyethylene have been developed. Composition of the process line: a worm press with a control panel and platform, a head tube, calibrating device, cooling bath, devices (pulling track link, detachable, discharge), a collector.
