FIBROUS STRONG-BASE ANIONITE FOR REMOVAL OF ACID GASES ADMIXTURES FROM AIR
Purpose of the development:
Air fine purification from microcontaminants and toxic admixtures of acid nature (HCl, HF, SO[2],SO[3])in clean rooms of industrial enterprises. Cleaning of industrial enterprises' ventilation emissions from acidic admixtures and of water from nitrates and sulfates. Concentration of viruses and anions.
Technical characteristic:
Degree of absorption of acidic admixtures at at their concentrations low (1 mg/m[3]) - not less than 90%. Efficiency in a broad range of air humidity, (in particular, at 40-50%), ionic form - carbonate-bi-carbonate, total static exchange capacity - not less than 3,0mg/g, including (by strong-base groups - not less than 1,5 mg/g), actual humidity - not more than 20 mass %, linear density of the fider - not more than 1,5 Tex.
Advantages over analogues:
It is on a par with the bast world analogues, with the price lower. The material is exported to be used in removal of sulfur dioxide microquantities from air (Germany, South Korea) and for water cleaning from nitrates (South Korea). Know-how is available.

Description of the development:
() Fibrous anionite with mixed strong and weak basic groups is manufactured as a needle-punched nonwoven material with the surface density up to 340 g/m[2], width up to 150 cm, thickness up to 3 mm, length up to 40 m, and also in the form the staple fider with the length of 50-60 mm.
