SELF-PROPELLED COMPLEX FOR ORE MINING AND PROCESSING WORKS


Purpose of the development: Ore mining and processing works while using a mechanical method of primary breaking of hard minerals in open and underground contditions.

The offered complex allows to process horizontal and inclined hard minerals deposits in conditions of open and underground rock works. It is also used for high-speed advancing of horisontal and inclined drifts, making tunnels that are necessary at building hydroelectric and wind power plants, other constructions. The complex provides full mechanisation, automation and robotization of the technological process of hard minerals exstraction and processing of raw matirials. It contributes to improvement of ore processing works safety and productivity with simultaneous reduction in power, material and labour consumption, amelioration of the ecological conditions in the ore processing enterrise region. The use of the offered compact complex provides for effective development of hard minerals deposits with small and medium capacities, located away from settlements and main roads, high-voltage power lines, and in remote districts. Energy generated by diesel, wind, solar power plants is sufficient for the complex operation, the cartage can provide transportation of concentrate.The proposed solution can be effectively used in development of technogenic accumulations. On the whole, their volume around Kazakhstan is more than 20 billion tons of hard waste products of nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy, thermal power engineering, phosphorous production and other branches. These deposits of an artificial origin, in some cases, contain valuable components in concentrations higher than natural ores. The complexes of mining and processing equipment can be also used in quarries for extraction of stones for construction works, with their simultaneous breaking by a mechanical method of rocky rocks and production from broken muck of gravel, rubble, sand, etc. The mechanical method of breaking of rocky rocks without application of explosive charges allows to safely carry out mining works in densely populated areas. Capital expenses for the complex preparation are low, land expropriation for the working area is minimal at simultaneous increase in depth of mining for of hard minerals deposits by the open method. The required productivity of ore processing enterprises is provided by the number of simultaneously functioning self-propelled complexes at one quarry face and in the quarry asa whole. The same for the conditions of underground mining works. The prime cost of production of valuable hard mineral concentrate is several times lower in comparison with the existing methods. The complex of modular and mobile mining and concentrating equipment can be completely mechanized, automated and robotized at all stages of the technological process of extraction and processing of hard minerals, which improves safety of mining works and their productivity. Few workers and nonproduction personnel are needed to operate and service it.
