Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Density, kg/m3 1100-1250 1200-1350 1340; - Strength, MPa: Flexural 15-30 30-50 50-60; Compressive 25-30 40-52 55-65; - Toughness, kJ/m2 4-16 5-16 7-8; - Water absorption after 24 h, 10-22% 4-6 1-2 - Fire resistant.

Advantages over analogues: Unlike traditional labor-and energy-intensive, requiring special equipment methods for obtaining molded products and composite materials developed technology implemented on a commercially available equipment, staffed by a simple and reliable auxiliary equipment.

Products prepared from materials rationally combine incorporates wood waste (up to 60-70 wt.%), Polyvinyl chloride and special purpose additives. Compared with interchangeable analogs they have high technological properties during processing, the possibility of widespread use of a readily available raw materials and waste products.
