Strain controller systems KTU-2 - is a specialized control device that performs the following tasks: o receiving and processing information from one or more strain gauges (up to 6 units combined in parallel); o Process Control dosing. Features: - Consistent dosing of 4 components. - Long-term storage of one prescription. - Automatic adjustment of the dosing limits (accounting nedosypa material). - Quick sigma-delta ADC (information processing frequency to 5 kHz). - The presence of a dynamic filter software, providing the stability of mass readings. - The presence of serial communication RS 232C or RS 485. - Connection with a computer or other control device (in particular, the controller operator). - Discrete 5-channel inputs / outputs (24V, 2A or 220V, 120mA). - The possibility of the controller with different software versions, depending on the tasks: static weighing, dosing discrete (continuous dosing), rapid processes.
