Import-substituting technology developed electrochemical deposition from aqueous solutions of electrolytes protective functional coatings for metal- boron coating on printed circuit boards , sensors for the automotive industry . - The rate of deposition coatings for bathrooms: a fixed-type - 25 - 50 microns / hour ; drum and bell-type - 5 - 10 microns / hour ; - Deposition temperature - 20 - 50 ° C; - Microhardness of the coating after thermal treatment (300 ° C) -10 - 13 GPa ; - Transient electrical resistance - 3 - 6 mW ; - Life: nickel-boron ( under dry friction ), 2x10- 7 mm3 Nickel , 8x10- 5 mm3 ; - Adhesion strength Ni-B coatings with aluminum conductor - 10x16 g Corrosion resistant to salt ( sea ) mist condensed atmospheric precipitation , temperature changes and temperature ( thermal cycling ) .
