Description of the development:

Based on the information given and the acceptance parameters device decides on the basis of " fit ", " unfit ." Depending on the installed acoustic control unit is made in the pistons with an open section or in the finished piston . Systems permit grading pistons in accordance with the acceptance level of reference parameters . To oversee the facility is sufficient to establish the piston to lift support and press the START button . Installation should automatically feed piston in the control zone , scanning and processing of measurement results . Control is carried out by analyzing the secondary acoustic fields generated interfaces nirezistovaya insert - Alfin - layer - the piston material . Sensors acoustic units in all modifications installations operate in the immersion version and located not less than 8 mm from the surface controlled pistons. This ensures effective protection against abrasion and sensor failures , provides the reliability and durability of the installation. This unit does not require special calibration .
