HIGH QUALITY PREPARATIONS FROM STRAIN IRON
Purpose of the development:

In large-scale production for the mass model internal combustion engine, maybe it will be a new engine model, projected a "clean slate."

Environmentally " gentle " technology , as the operation is completely eliminated harmful chemical-thermal treatment . Technical and economic effect:
At 4-7 times reduced oil loss. Compressive Stiffness rings increased by 55%. Force at failure rings increased by 103%. Deformation rings fracture increased by 85%. Wear of mating piece is not increased.
Description of the development:
() On cast iron billet heated to high temperatures in a special snap affect plastic deformation. Using standard equipment . Know-how in the compositions of iron , process parameters , tooling design . There are documents on the legal protection of intellectual property.
After deformation effects:
- Mechanical properties of cast iron are increased (up to 2.5 fold) , reaching the level of alloy steel ( up to 1400 MPa) and ductility increases . At the same time, there are unique anti-friction performance of cast iron, the ability to quickly dampen vibration and resonance vibrations , low notch sensitivity , lower specific gravity , high thermal conductivity.
- The blank is shaped as close as possible to the desired , with minimal allowances for machining .
- Graphite inclusions with increasing degree of deformation acquire new , unusual shape , and metal matrix iron substantially crushed .
Designed and made workable accessories for blanks for rings with a diameter of 40 to 98 mm . Made pilot batches of rings. Propose the development of technologies for similar items. Costs can include the purchase of materials , design documentation , manufacturing of equipment, development of the technology , staff training , supervision . We are interested in a partner for collaborative research . Looking for an investor to bring the technology to the commercial level and joint sales rings already developed world sizes ( 40-122 mm ) , as well as others.
