Description of the development:
() Abrasion-resistant composite material of the polymer matrix - the molding composition based on epoxy resins, and functional additives , its method of obtaining and applying a coating to the surface of the worn friction units metalworking equipment . Cured material is non-toxic and does not pose environmental hazards . On the site for the production of material and coating must have ventilation and continuous monitoring of the environment , because There may be minor release of epichlorohydrin resin parts and ammonia from the hardener. Requires an additional investment to purchase a new, more productive mixing equipment . Payback period: 3-4 years. The laboratory , industrial , qualification , acceptance tests developed material . Commercial production of the material. Under production conditions made a pilot batch of material.
