Emulsion-mineral mixtures for the device protective layers of pavement type slurry-forces - a mixture of crushed mineral material, modified bitumen emulsion, active mineral additives, stabilizer and the decay rate of water taken in certain proportions and prepared in a special machine at the laying site.
