As a result of modification regulated structure disorder of base manganese dioxide is achieved. It allows to increase the speed of mass carry (speed of penetration of lithium into the grate of cathode material) what allows to get relative characteristics of materials for accumulators which can be compared with the best materials for current sources monetary class.
