Purpose of the development: Products for hardening of complex alloyed steels.

Technical and economic effect: Import substitution . Powder formulations developed saturating media and technology products from the thermochemical processing complex alloyed steels using the developed environment will increase the service life of the tool and tooling 3-4 times , which will replace expensive imported high-alloy steels alloyed with at least covers. Reduction of energy consumption of the process by preparing a mixture of saturating metallothermy furnace method , and material resources by improving the performance of hardened products 3-5 times , replacing expensive imported foreign high-alloy steels allows to reduce the cost of production by 2 times.
