For the decision of this task in the offered portable device for the protracted cooking longer and storage of meal substantial signs consist in diphasic preparation of meal. In the first phase, heating is carried out to boiling of liquid and products which are in a capacity for preparation of meal, and in the second phase is an output of this capacity (or there can be a few capacities) from a thermal energy source and setting of it in the offered device for the protracted cooking longer and storage of meal. Thus a capacity with a liquid and products is closed hermetically and equipped the pointer of degree of their heating during finding on the source of tricking into of thermal energy
