ARC DEEP RECOVERY OF USEFUL COMPONENTS FROM METALLURGICAL WASTE
Purpose of the development:
DHA is designed to :
· Concentrate significant energy electric arc in a relatively small volume ;
· Achieving a more complete recovery elements compared to conventional technologies in electric arc furnaces ;
· Implement the regenerative processes in the presence of iron or its oxides , increases the degree of extraction of useful components and increases the effectiveness of the technology .
· Recycle and dispose waste metallurgical relatively poor content of basic components for deoxidation purposes , refining, and micro-alloying metal.

Technological process of DHA (" arc deep restoration" ) is carrying out the reduction of oxides of elements in the area of plasma arc in the depth of the melt and
saturation ( or refining ) restored its elements.
Restoring items occurs directly in the depth of the melt processed . Of material in which there are required elements useful (slag , sludge, etc. Refractory bout ) preparing a mixture of ore and reducing consumables and form blocks , fitted to the current supply electrodes . Current is supplied to the electrode and create an electric arc . Doug " burns " in the end of the block cavern configuration close to the hemisphere .
