TECHNOLOGY FOR SYNTHESIS THE MICROPOWDERS OF DIAMOND AND CUBIC BORON NITRIDE


Purpose of the development: For the manufacture of grinding and polishing, cutting and abrasive tools.

Recommended application field: Mechanical engineering tool.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Grain size of the main factions micron - 10/7-20/14 microns; - Abrasiveness - 3.8 relative units - Sintering micron: Diamond - 85% cubic boron nitride - 83%. - The yield of the product relative to the total mass of micro-powder: for diamond - 70% for RPS - 62%.

Advantages over analogues: In comparison with similar output of good product on the total weight micron increased by 48% (for NSC) and 60% (for diamond). Abrasive capacity increased 1.6 times (for NSC) and 1.5 times (for diamond). Sintering powders increased by 15% (NSC) and 11% (for diamond). Technological processes for the synthesis mikroproshkov is environmentally friendly. Designed synthesis technology allows to increase the yield micron by choosing the optimal level of additives, as well as the optimal synthesis parameters. Energy intensity is reduced by 15%, materials consumption by 10% and costs by 15%.
