SETTING POWDER LASER STEREOLITHOGRAPHY


Purpose of the development: The unit is designed for individual medical implants of titanium composite prosthesis in orthopedics and oncology by sequentially forming and sintering by laser radiation configurationally decorated powder layers and subsequent sintering to each other by means of laser radiation.

Recommended application field: Powder metallurgy, medicine and engineering.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Wavelength - 1.06 pm; - Repetition rate laser pulses - 50 Hz; - Average output power - 150 watts; - The duration of the laser pulse - 6.3 ms; - The working area of the workpiece transfer - 200h200h50 mm; - The speed of the lens moving -100-1000 mm / min; - Positioning accuracy - 20 microns.
