NONDESTRUCTIVE DEVICE OF FLAW ULTRASONIC TESTING FOR WELD QUALITY SP-07


Purpose of the development: To conduct ultrasonic nondestructive operational control of butt joints reinforcing concrete structures nodes.

Recommended application field: Building.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Dividing the price of the attenuator, no more than 2 dB; - Operating frequencies - 2.5 and 1.8 MHz; - The maximum amplitude of the pulse generator output at idle, not less than 200; - Operating voltage -12 ± 1,3 V (constant current); - Controlled by the diameter of the reinforcing bars 20 to 40 mm; - Weight, not more than 2 kg; - Dimensions, not more than 125x130x270 mm.

Advantages over analogues: Compactness, low weight and size, easy to work in field conditions; requires no special training to set up and in operation; has high reliability and durability; safe operation (not require electrical power to high voltage).

Flaw detection device is designed for non-destructive ultrasonic testing of the quality of welded joints of reinforcement units of reinforced concrete structures in stationary and installation conditions . To conduct ultrasonic nondestructive operational control of butt joints of steel rebar grades A240 - A400 made bathrooms way the inventory forms layered seams on steel brackets overlay without form and supporting elements. Consists of an electronic unit ( control panel , the control pulse generator , receiver amplifier ); primary converters ; equipment for optimal positioning transmitter during checkout and remove the effects of ultrasound on the contact body of the operator .
