DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS AND ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION OF LARGE-DIMENSION SCINTILLATION MONOCRYSTALS CdWO4
Purpose of the development:
Establishing on the basis of monocrystals CDWO4 the detection units 63x63 mm.

Advantages over analogues:
The use of detection units in radiation detection devices reduces their MDA almost in 40 times, which greatly increases the possibility of radiological laboratories and services.

Description of the development:
() As a result of the development process was established a pilot production for the manufacture of detection units (DU) of size 63x63 mm for electronic-physical instruments supply (spectrometers and radiometers). The rapid measurement were held of total, selective and specific volume activity of radionuclides, which are in liquid, solid and bulk materials. The obtained results give the possibility of DU usage in radiation detection devices that are used in Ukraine.
