- By moving the object in the coordinate table with a field of 500x500 mm (up to 1600x1200 mm), with a positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm at a fixed actuator, moving speed of 20 mm / s, by scanning the laser beam using a galvanometer actuator type and a wide-angle lens maloaberratsionnogo with the chance field 50x50mm ranking from 300 to 2000 pixels, and thus to the actuator vane, linear velocity of the beam - 300 mm / s;
- With a galvanometer type drive arranged on an XY table with a stationary object, the pore rate vnutrikad beam travel - 300 mm / sec frame rate - 20 mm / sec. Marking and engraving on metal, plastics and other materials. Available marking surfaces with paint, electroplating, and other coatings.
