Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Welding method - electrocontact sided, with indirect heating pulse; - The number of operating modes, at least 10; - Welding time - with 0,01-0,99; - Various attachable conclusions - wire diameter from 25 to 100 microns; - The size of the processed products - up to 150x200 mm; - Unwelding wells to a depth of 30 mm; - Forming bridges - automatic; - Compressive force connected elements - from 0.1 to 1.6 N. The cost of installing thermosonic welding device - 2.85 thousand dollars.

Advantages over analogues: The cost of installation is 25% cheaper than the equipment manufactured by foreign manufacturers.

Technical and economic effect: - New modern equipment with a minimum investment, produced by modifying the installation of EM-4320; - Reduce the cost of assembly operations in the manufacture of ICs, GIS, microwave products; - Expansion of exports to Russia, India, South-east Asia; - Saving of foreign currency user enterprises, due to import substitution.
