TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

ADHESIVE TYPES RESOURCE SAVING TECHNOLOGY OF PAPER AND CARDBOARD

Purpose of the development: Replacing the traditional process of sizing mode for high-performance mode gomokoagulyatsii hetero adagulyatsii pregelatinized particles

Recommended application field: Pulp and paper industry.

Technical characteristic: o sizing degree barcode method is not less than 2.0 (1.8) mm; o absorption at unilateral wetting no more than 18 (22) g/m2; o breaking length of at least 6000 (4500) m; o wet strength not less than 9.0 (6.5)%.

The development stage readiness: tested in laboratory condition

Technical and economic effect: Technology allows you to save 30-40% of sizing materials rosin resins and reduce the specific consumption rates coagulant (technical alumina) 1.5-2.0 times. The additional presence of a cationic polyelectrolyte paper pulp improves the retention of the sizing systems 10-15% rel. and decreases by 5-10% loss of fibrous raw material for forming table paper and board machine, which reduces the cost of finished products and enhance sustainability of the enterprise.

Description of the development:
()
Developed an alternative technology for the sizing of paper and paperboard in acidic and neutral media -neutral and vysokosmolyanyh sizing materials rosin resins , and cationic polyelectrolyte coagulant . The developed technology allows to improve the technical and economic characteristics of paper and paperboard companies by reducing the cost of technological costs to step sizing and reduce the loss of fibrous raw material stage dehydration sized pulp . Technology provides a replacement process of sizing the traditional mode for high-performance mode gomokoagulyatsii geteroadagulyatsii pregelatinized particles. The glued paper and paperboard produced from pulp ( wastepaper grade MS-1 ) with a freeness 40oShR . Technology is approved . Mass produced industrial parties and special types of paper and board with the desired combination of quality and low cost. The technology transfer. Development of similar technologies for other pulp and paper industry based on sizing and papermaking properties of fibrous raw materials used and the specific functioning equipment
