Advantages over analogues:

Description of the development:
() Using hydrodynamic heating method allows high-quality foods. In hydrodynamic TEK -PG liquid is heated in its entirety. and not on the surfaces of the convection due to the products of this pasteurization process do not burn , they do not form carcinogenic and toxic substances .
Composition pasteurizer :
1. Hydrodynamic heater ;
2 . Heater control unit and the process of pasteurization ;
3 . Plate heat exchanger ;
4 . Circulation process .
Fine grinding product facilitates its assimilation by the human body .
Moreover , the use of plants for milk pasteurization TEK improves palatability dairy products due to crushing ( dispersion ) cavitation bubbles contained in the milk (or a milk-based mixture ) clusters of macromolecular compounds. Use of the regenerative heat exchanger in plants for preheating the milk inlet can significantly reduce power consumption .
These factors indicate the actual steps in the creation of food products of the third millennium .
Energy saving, high- technology , low operating costs - the main advantages of equipment TEK -PG . The cost of 1 ton of milk pasteurization in TEK -PG significantly lower than in traditional pasteurizers .
