Purpose of the development: For use in the dairy industry Biomix DE200.

Recommended application field: - Production of fresh milk and pasteurization; - Whey wastewater to cheese factories; - Production of animal oils, whose drains are connected both with factory flushing waters and waters with high oil content; - Production of milk powder, where condensates often have low pH; - Manufacture of ice cream and yogurt.

Advantages over analogues: - Breaks down fats and oils that are present in the waste in the form of particles of clotted ; - Reduces BOD, COD and suspended particles in the wastewater stream dairy industry , which eliminates the imposition of penalties ; - Restores natural biomass after restarting the system , caused by the use of caustic and acidic cleaning agents ; - Improve the level of decomposition of organic waste in the reception areas where their presence before entering the municipal sewage system is usually not continuous; - Prevents anaerobic conditions and acid formation of H2S , which is the cause of bad odors in waste dairy production; - Removes organic deposits formed with pipes and walls biological ponds ; - Improves the deposition and accumulation of silt limits , enabling improved efficiency and capacity of the plant .

Runoff dairy industries have a specific composition, which must lead to certain standards before discharge into the municipal sewer system. Some of them are: - A high value of BOD / COD content of the high oil and fat with a washing water to the milk production and trucks which contains both caustic and acidic cleaning agents, ammonium dairy amino acids (proteins) and phosphates of caseins.
