UkrSSEC " Energostal " on the instructions of Poltava Regional State Administration and with the participation of the company " Technology " NESC NAS and MES of Ukraine has developed and manufactured pilot commercial mobile unit capacity of 50 kg / hr for neutralization unusable plant protection chemicals ( HSZR ) . Clearance subject to pesticides containing various combinations of chlorine , nitrogen, phosphorus , sulfur and biologics . Autoplatforms on the following equipment : a mechanical device for loading into the furnace of pesticides ; Oven HSZR thermal decomposition in an alkaline medium ; afterburner with integrated heat recovery and dymoohladitelem ; gazoochisnoy vortex apparatus ; catalytic unit and bag filter dust discharge system and pulse regeneration ; exhauster ; The fan ; compressor unit with vozduhosushitelem ; chimney with filter mercury capture ; fuel injection equipment with a system of controlling the supply of liquid fuel to the burner ; system of training and supplying alkaline solution to the nozzles ; Air and fuel lines ; instrumentation , power equipment and communications. Automated installation of remote control placed in a mobile trailer , where the staff and recreation . As part of the installation - two handcarts - skimmer and jacks to bring the platform in a horizontal position . The setting is fixed on a prepared site with painted or power 380 kW diesel generator 50 . Packaged pesticides fed into the furnace at a temperature of 850 - 9500S . Used for heating diesel fuel. From the furnace flue gases are fed to the afterburning chamber , where the temperature at 1100C , supported by a special burner, provided the decomposition and combustion of heavy hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide by at least 98 %, and the chlorine evolved by decomposition of chlorine-containing compound injected in the chamber communicates alkaline solutions. The flue gases are cooled to 600 0 C, in combination with the recuperator dymoohladitelem leaving the afterburner , and then enter the vortex dust collector . Estimated degree of dust collection - 82-92 %. Between the catalytic reactor and a bag filter is dymoohladitel for cooling the flue gas to a temperature of 120-125 0C, suitable for bag filter . Gas in the baghouse is cleaned up to 10 mg/m3. Regeneration of the filter bag and the catalytic unit is made of compressed air to the automatic mode. After the filter, the flue gases are diluted with air to 40-50 0 C and using exhauster served in the drawer with a charcoal filter , where trimmed to aerosols of mercury and cobalt with a further release into the atmosphere through the chimney .
