TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

PILOT PLANT FOR THERMOCHEMICAL SUPPURATION OF THE ORGANIC PART OF MUNICIPAL SOLID AND MANUFACTURING WASTE


Purpose of the development: For thermochemical degradation of solid organic waste to produce liquid, gaseous and solid fuels.

Description of the development:

Thermochemical 0.15 m3 reactor is a vertical cylindrical chamber (d = 0,35 m; l = 1,2 m), lined with fireclay refractory brick lightweight mark SHL -0, 4 with two methods for supplying the heat for the destruction of feedstock : - Contact - with 50 kW of heat transfer during direct contact of gaseous coolant prepared in preparation unit ( burning natural gas or fuel ) and submitted directly to the centerline of the reactor using the device for the axial coolant supply ; - Recuperative - 27 kW when transferring heat generated Heaters mounted on the perimeter of the chamber through its wall . Tightness thermochemical reactor is provided with two sluice gates installed at the top and bottom of the camera. Gas mixture of hydrocarbons produced during thermochemical degradation TBPO is withdrawn from the reactor to the separation unit . In 4- part separation apparatus unit is the condensation of liquid hydrocarbons fractions with different boiling points . Drip pan is designed to clean fuel gas from drops of liquid hydrocarbons. At the initial stage of the fuel gas allotted through the supercharger from the separation unit , burned the candle. When you exit the flow and pressure of the fuel gas to the current regime is replaced by a natural gas fuel in the coolant gas preparation unit . Construction apparatus accelerated cooling of the solid carbonaceous residue enables the return of heat to the reactor , of combustion air preheating by the heat withdrawn from the solid carbonaceous residue. As an alternative to the use of accelerated cooling module design allows for heating the room in which the unit is subject thermochemical degradation. Unit is equipped with the necessary research instrumentation and automation. As a raw material is proposed to use waste products sunflower oil ( sunflower husks ) , the timber industry , used tires , the organic portion of solid waste. On the design concept of the individual modules and the installation as a whole , as well as a method for thermochemical conversion TBPO filed a number of patent applications for inventions in Ukraine .
