Patients with the pathology of eyeground receive the specific group of preparations introduced in to the retrobuldar space of two times in a 24 hour period. Between the medicines introduction the center of pathology is acted upon by pulse alternating magnetic field. The course of treatment is 10-12 days. There is an ensured possibillity of repeated, controlled introduction of medicines directly in to the stricken area. A number of RF patents on the worked out procedures have been taken out. The basic task is reaching stabilization of the pathologic process. The treatment results in improvement of visual activity with the number of patients. The group of the preparations used: heparin, emoksipin, ditsinon, riboflavin. With AQCDR dry sand forms trental is additionally introduced, with the moist forms - deksazon.Use of different forms of AQCDR provides a possibillity of simultaneous treatment of both eyes. The group of the preparations used: anticoagulants, desagregants, corticosteroids, antioxidants. The process of treatment brinds about resolution of gemoftalms with complete or partial restoration of the eye sight. The method ensures partial resolution of the existing blood clots and hemorrhages, prevets formation of new ones; contributes to restoration of the retina tissues. Average icrease in the visual acuity is 0,3±0,03. The group of the preparations used: anticoagulants, desagregants, vasodilators, conticosteroids, antioxidants.
