Description of the development:
() The results of computer simulation of the thermal state of the system of panel-beam heat of the room are provided, which is equipped with electro-heating of the floor in the stationary and the non-stationary two-dimensional formulation. At the same time were taken into account the restrictions on the critical temperatures of synthetic cable sheath on the floor surface and on the temperature unevenness in the floor plane. Practical data were received that enable us to estimate the effect of various design parameters and to choose a rational mode of heating for the other practical problems.
