TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH TEMPERATURE TREATMENT OF CARBONIC WASTES
Purpose of the development:
Utilization of solid domestic, industrialand agricultural waster; as well of medical, toxic wastes and low-toxic wastes, including combustion plant slag annihilation.
Advantages over analogues:
Technology and equipment of a new generation. Better decomposition of wastes into chemical elements is guaranteed. Absence of special devices for cleaning of waste gas. Possibility of obtaining synthesis gas with the assigned properties and heat-/electric power.

Description of the development:
() The electric furnaces consist of a plasmatrone, waste loading system, melt discharge device, other systems providing the needed performance, diagnostic analysis and automatic process control. Productivity of the electric furnace is 1000 kg/h. 5 kW/h of electric power are obtained per each 1 kW/h of plasmatron energy consumed. The instalations can be made as stationary or mobile, they are differentiated depending on the composition of the treated wastes and technical and economic conditions, for example, a limited area.
