THERMOPHYSICAL EXPLANATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF ESTABLISHMENT OF COMBINED ENERGY SYSTEMS THROUGH THE USE OF LOW-GRADE HEAT
Purpose of the development:
To explore the technical and economic opportunities and prospects for use of thermal energy, which is formed by the work of technological equipment of underground railway.
Recommended application field:
New facilities of the underground railway
Advantages over analogues:
Three times reduces power consumption on the stations with installed heat pump stations.
The development stage readiness:
Introduced in production
Technical and economic effect:
Three times reduces power consumption on the stations with installed heat pump stations.
Description of the development:
() The energy and technical capabilities, as well as the economic prospects of use of low-grade thermal energy are researched, which is formed during the operation of technological equipment of underground and is contained in emissions of the venting system of local and tunnel ventilation. The available sources and potential resources for low-grade heat are examined. The experience of the establishment and operation of combined systems of energy supply using heat pumps is studied. Nonstationary processes for seasonal heat storage in the soil mass are studied, which accommodates underground facilities of underground, the results of operational testing of the experimental heat pump installed on a real object are analyzed, the rational schematics and integration technical solutions of the use of heat pump installations on underground construction are defined, as well as energy-saving modes of operation of combined systems of heating supply of new types for objects underground, projected on the basis of a modern heat pump technology. The recommendations for heat pumps, heat- and cool-supply of new subway stations are elaborated.
