Designed for use in the production of electro devices.
Recommended application field:
Areas of application. In the electronics industry in the manufacture of the detectors and x-ray sources and neutron sources.
Technical characteristic:
Technical characteristics of the foils:
- Tensile strength - 30 - 35 kg/mm2;
- The elongation - 3%;
- Have a low X-ray absorption coefficient in the "soft"
radiation (energy less than 2 keV).

Description of the development:
() The vacuum-tight beryllium foil - products that are in demand in the production of electro devices. The starting material for the foil is rolled beryllium 99.95 - 99.999 %, obtained by vacuum distillation. During the production of metal ingots are subjected to high purity distilled program mechanical- thermal treatment to obtain a fine grained preforms suitable for foil rolling .
Foils are available in the form of rectangles and disks.
