The object of research is the current state of use of environmentally safe energy sources and recommendations for implementing effective electrical technologies on the stand-alone power complex. The recommendations on the construction and use of environmentally friendly autonomous power facilities with technological purposes. The urgency and feasibility of such complexes in the Black Sea countries is demonstrated.
