Purpose of the development: Manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete structures of civil, industrial, transport and special construction.

Recommended application field: Construction.

Advantages over analogues: At other things being equal application of plasticizing additives "LIGNOPAN B-1" allows to: - increase mix flowability from the grade П1(2-4cm) up to П4 (16-20 cm); - decrease by 15-20% water and binder consumption of a mix; - redice concrete mix dehydration; - increase by 30-40% concrete strength; - enhance by several grades frost and water resistance.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Description of the development:

Optimum amount of the additive is 0,15-0,3% (dry cement weight). Time of the begining of concrete mix setting and hardening is reduced at increase of additive consumption up to 0,45%. This feature is expedient to use when it is necessary to keep high placeability (long transportation or work at high temperatures).
