The unit is designed for the wheels rolled to GOST 10791 and specifications, as well as wheels foreign standards UIC, AAR in their production process line diameter 760-1092 mm. Multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detector is made based motherboards "Socomate". The apparatus automatically performs the following operations : - Recording and storage of inspection results ; - Issuance of light and sound signal of the defect ; - Giving light and alarm Inappropriate deterioration of acoustic contact ; - Diagnostics of equipment and output messages to the device man-machine interface ; - Preparation and transfer of the necessary information about the result of the control and operation of the unit to the shop database; The unit has 6 speakers locally immersion blocks: - Control of the rim in the axial direction; - Control of the rim in the radial direction; - To monitor the hub ; - Control drive ; - Control disk in an axial direction inclined transducers ; - For the control flange . Position AUT railway wheels have passed metrological certification in Ukraine, Russia , guarantee tests and put into commercial operation . Plant capacity is 70 wheels per hour .
