Composition of the automated system of eddy current testing of steam generator collectors jumper SC- 331a : - Manipulator ; - Control of electrical drives ; - Dual-frequency eddy current flaw ELOTEST N320 (Rchmann GmbH), in one compact modular unit merged eddy current device and a power source ; - Specialized rotary eddy current probe to monitor Jumper collectors steam generators, providing high sensitivity and depth control; - Television control system used to control the positioning of the eddy current probe relative to the drive inlet of the heat exchange pipe and the correct positioning of the probe in the vertical and horizontal planes , as well as for monitoring the presence of the plug in the inlet of the heat exchange tube; - Voice communication system ; - Operator Workplace automated system consisting of an industrial computer , LCD monitor and printer.
