Technical and economic effect: When replacing cast iron economizer convective package increase boiler efficiency is 6-8%. When installing the boiler convective package increase boiler efficiency is 4-6%. The payback period for the installation of convective package up to 1.5 years.

Description of the development:

The main part of the package is the convective heat exchanger with finned tubes bio metal (steel base and aluminum fins). Pipes are placed in in-line or staggered between tube plates, which are attached to the collecting chamber with inlet and outlet pipes of water. The housing is equipped with nozzles packet input and output gases.
