INTEGRATED OLEOCHEMICALS TECHNOLOGIES

Technology designed to produce biosynthetic products and materials of industrial oils.
Recommended application field:
Lubrication industry, chemical, pharmaceutical enterprises, enterprises of household chemicals, mechanical engineering companies, etc.

The basis of the technology development of complex processing of technical oils on biosynthetic products and materials modification is necessary for imperfect construction and properties of molecular structures oils : rapeseed ( repovuyu ) , soybean ( soeola - um ) and castor ( ritsola ) as a renewable environmentally friendly raw materials to obtain a wide range of biosynthetic quality products with specific properties that meet the requirements of modern materials of different industries .
Development of technologies based on the following guidelines :
- Modular approach to the selection and arrangement of technology and complexity of processing processes;
- Complete isolation of the whole technological cycle , non-waste and environmental safety;
- Differentiated approach to the processing of oils : primary and secondary processes , processing of individual oils and their compositions with ritsolom ;
- Universality of technological schemes , uniformity of equipment and accessories ;
- Variability of technologies related to the range and power products ranging from the minimum values .
Developed range of bioproducts :
- Lubricating base biomaterials industries: bio , bio- additives , liquid waste and the like . Most important developed there : glitsesoeritsol , glitsesoerol Bio -DF ;
- Intermediate bio chemical , pharmaceutical and food technologies and household chemicals ;
- Biofuels (diesel and boiler ) , well aligned with mineral fuels ;
- Cooling lubricants (AS ) for various treatment processes of metals ( cutting, molding , etc.). Some developments are protected by patents of Ukraine for invention. Among them: the patent number 59420 " Mastilna kompozits³ya "; patent number 65753 " Spos³b obsession bazovo¿ olivine for mastilnih kompozits³y "; patent number 65014 " Mastilna kompozits³ya " Gl³rapsol -NS-MAPN ». Some of the new biosynthetic products have been applied in enterprises of Ukraine: JSC " Adv³s " (Khmelnitsky ) STTD " Mazserv³s " (Khmelnitsky ) Ltd. " Ukrevrosintez " (Sumy ), LLC " Teplospay " (Sumy ) . Implementation provided by CWP " Additives " Kremenchug petrochemical complex " Tatnafta ."
