Capacitance and resistance of the electrochemical supercapacitors is a nonlinear function of frequency, voltage and current , so to measure and control the quality of their need to use complex nonlinear equivalent circuit . To determine the parameters of elements equivalent circuit impedance method is proposed parameterization , the essence of which is to measure the impedance spectra in a wide frequency range for different voltages charge and discharge electrochemical supercapacitors . With only position the nonlinear nature of electrochemical supercapacitors established the influence of electrical parameters of elements equivalent circuit electrochemical supercapacitors on the qualitative characteristics for quality control in production and operation . Developed a set of unique equipment for measuring and monitoring the quality of electrochemical supercapacitors . Established principles of impedance parameterization to determine the parameters of elements equivalent circuit and the effect on their characteristics. Developed original methods and apparatus for diagnosing ultracapacitors . To the charging method of measuring massive capacities of Ukraine received a patent for utility model number 28845 . Developed methods and apparatus for measuring and monitoring the quality of electrochemical supercapacitors electrochemical implemented in enterprises and military industry , research institutes and laboratories electrochemical NAS , and are used in the design, manufacture and operation of electrochemical supercapacitors , Li- ion and Li- polymer batteries of electric energy .
