The method of revascularization for chronic limb ischemia , is to hold the bones osteotrephination injured limb and intraosseous administration of autologous bone marrow , which is what made one osteotrepanatsionnoe hole through which the medullary canal introduced 30 ml suspension autologous bone marrow canned five thousand OD heparin , exposure of 15-20 minutes, followed by 6-8 mikroosteotrepanatsiey bone trepanation holes. First performed trepanation autologous bone marrow in an injured limb to restore the blood supply of tissues, through the stimulation of the development of new blood vessels. The method introduced in the Department of Vascular Surgery of Ukraine.
