Abstract. This analytical report was prepared based on the results of a study of the current state and main directions of development of Ukraine's innovation infrastructure in the context of regulatory and legal support, state innovation policy, and international integration. Key legislative acts, strategies and initiatives aimed at developing innovation activities are considered, in particular the Strategy for the Development of Innovation Activities until 2030, the Science City and WINWIN 2030 initiatives. The paper describes the main objects of Ukraine's innovation infrastructure: technological, scientific and industrial parks, start-up schools, incubators and accelerators, innovation clusters and hubs, technology and intellectual property transfer centres, innovation technology platforms, as well as institutions providing financial support for innovation. Particular attention is paid to Ukraine's participation in European innovation networks and programmes, in particular Horizon Europe and Enterprise Europe Network.
The regional distribution of innovation infrastructure facilities was analysed and the main problems of its development were identified, including the fragmentation of institutions, limited financial resources and the need to strengthen cooperation between science, business and the state.
Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that the development of innovative infrastructure is a strategic prerequisite for the technological modernisation of the economy, post-war recovery and Ukraine's integration into the European and global innovation space.
The study is intended for government officials, experts, scientific and engineering staff, and faculty members of higher education institutions.
