Abstract. The analytical report was prepared based on the results of a study of the state of implementation, over a three-year period from the date of creation (2021–2024), of scientific (scientific and technical) products (STP) developed in 2021 as a result of scientific and scientific-technical works financed from the state budget, using monitoring data provided by the principal budget spending units. The study was conducted by the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information on the basis of an analysis of information submitted by the principal spending units regarding financial support, quantitative assessment of scientific research and scientific-technical (experimental) developments carried out in 2021, as well as the creation and implementation of STP in general and by types of STP, disaggregated by years of implementation, directions of budget financing, and principal spending units.
Based on the results of the study, the authors drew conclusions on the state of implementation of scientific and technical products overall and by type, by directions of budget financing, and by types of funding—general and special funds.
The analysis of the intensity of implementation of the developed STP by years was carried out in order to take the obtained results into account in the development and adoption of relevant decisions regarding the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of scientific and scientific-technical (experimental) research.
