Abstract. The theses consider the main approaches to the methodical support of programs for the implementation of innovative support in the architectural and construction industry and the educational process. This is relevant, especially for the post-war reconstruction of the country in the sense of cooperation with donor countries from the EU under the program of reconstruction of the affected cities and towns of the country.
