Abstract. The results of the research of advanced developments of scientific organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the direction of “Technology of structural and functional materials” have presented, showing that most of the developments have high and medium level of potential for innovation and commercialization, and low level of potential for transfer and openness. The way to bolstering the implementation of scientific and technical developments using the tools of the European Innovation Council (“EIC”) within the framework of the “Horizon Europe” program have considered.
